If you're having trouble with your account (login problems, subscription issues, or account access), please email us with:

• A description of the issue you're experiencing
• Any error messages you've seen

• A description of the feature or improvement
• How it would help your practice routine

Bug Reports

Found something that isn't working correctly? Please help us fix it by providing as much detail as possible:

• Steps to reproduce: What were you doing when the bug occurred? Walk us through the steps.
• When it happened: The approximate date and time (including your timezone)
• Account email: If different from the email you're sending from
• Device & browser: What device are you using? Which browser and version?
• Screenshot: If possible, include a screenshot showing the issue (see instructions below)

How to Take a Screenshot

Screenshots help us understand exactly what you're seeing. Here's how to capture and share one:

Windows

1. Press Windows + Shift + S to open the Snipping Tool
2. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
3. The screenshot is copied to your clipboard
4. Open your email and press Ctrl + V to paste it directly into your message

Alternative: Press Print Screen to capture the entire screen, then paste into your email.

Mac

1. Press Command + Shift + 4 for a selection screenshot
2. Click and drag to select the area you want to capture
3. The screenshot saves to your Desktop
4. Drag the screenshot file into your email, or open it, copy (Command + C), and paste (Command + V) into your email

Alternative: Press Command + Shift + 3 to capture the entire screen.

iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Press the Side button and Volume Up button at the same time (or Home + Power on older devices)
2. A thumbnail appears in the bottom-left corner - tap it to edit or let it save automatically
3. Open your email app and compose a new message
4. Tap and hold in the email body, then select Insert Photo or tap the photo attachment icon
5. Select the screenshot from your Photos

Android

1. Press the Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time
2. The screenshot saves to your gallery
3. Open your email app and compose a new message
4. Tap the attachment icon (usually a paperclip)
5. Select the screenshot from your gallery
